Springfield voters will see Question 1 on their ballots when they go to vote on November 8. You are encouraged to become familiar with this issue that pits a neighborhood against a developer and the City Council. The outcome will impact the entire city. Voting NO will help assure that all neighborhoods in the city will have a voice about future development.
